The Managing Director review’s the Policy periodically for continued suitability.
All personnel will be made aware of the Company commitment to the Quality System, initially as part of Induction Training, then by the use of regular briefing sessions and the posting of the Quality Policy on Notice Boards.
Our Quality Policy
NMB-Minebea UK Ltd is committed to providing safe, effective products, processes and services within the scope of business, to its customers that meets their specific requirements on time, in full at an acceptable cost whilst continually striving to eliminate waste throughout.
A key way to achieve this is by operating and maintaining an effective Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of EN 9100:2018 (ISO9001:2015).
Top management shall take accountability for the effectiveness of the QMS and:
- Ensure the quality policy and objectives are established and compatible with the context and strategic direction of the Company.
- Quality objectives have been set and maintained as part of the QMS internal auditing, monitoring and management review processes, in order to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Satisfies applicable requirements by ensuring that interested parties, customer, applicable statutory and regulatory party requirements are determined, understood and consistently met.
- Seeks continual improvement of the QMS by ensuring the risks and opportunities that can affect the product, processes and services provided are identified to enhance customer satisfaction and focus.
- Promote a robust human factors framework that continually improves the maturity of human factors deployment within the organisation, and encourages an open reporting culture.
Top management shall:
- Review this policy periodically and where deemed necessary, amend and re-issue.
- Communicate to all employees and organisations working for or on behalf of NMB-Minebea UK Ltd, the importance of the policy, the need for compliance with the QMS and assist in the implementation of this policy, whilst ensuring their own work, so far as is reasonably practicable, is carried out without risk to themselves, others, or the environment.
- Make this policy available to relevant interested parties, upon reasonable request.
