Salary range – Grade 8 (£28,644) – Grade 16 (£40,518), dependant on experience

Main Responsibilities and Activities

• Problem solving to ensure production can carry on
  • Root, Cause, Corrective Action (RCCA)
  • 5 Why’s
• Process audits
• Statistical Analysis
• Process Improvements – Scrap / Rework / Downtime / Productivity
• Creating and maintaining documentation & specifications
• Training / validation

Experience and Qualifications

Desirable

• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Manufacture or equivalent / Advanced Modern Apprenticeship
• Computer literacy including Microsoft suite
• Previous experience in a high precision manufacturing environment
• English language and Maths to GCSE Grade C or above
